While the City of Victor's Public Works Department appreciates the volunteer effort to help with the removal of the snow accumulation on streets downtown (more specifically near the Valley of the Teton Library/US Bank and Victor Emporium/near the highway) - we are currently experiencing the freeze up of pipes and need the snow cover to help insulate and protect meter covers and help prevent the freeze ups. We are asking that you do not remove any snow more than necessary for safe pedestrian travel. Please do not blow snow off the sidewalks. Thank you.

Results from Bike Park Landscaping Day

Saturday morning started off cold and snowy. But that didn't stop a group of dedicated volunteers from showing up at 8am with one goal in mind - get as many trees and shrubs in the ground as possible in one day!

The day was made possible because of the tremendous community support for this project. Our warmest thanks go out to the following who made it happen with their generous donations:

At the end of the day we planted almost 50 plant units! We'll be back at it Tuesday to finish off the job. If you have time to help please come on by. If you have any watering resources please let us know as the irrigation is off but we would like to soak the trees before winter.

Bike Park Landscaping Day

We have an incredible opportunity to landscape the beloved Bike Park before winter really sets in. This Saturday, October 10th, we will be hauling 50 trees and shrubs to Pioneer Park so we can get even closer to completing phase 1 of the Victor Bike Park project. We have a lot of people and organizations to thank for this effort:
